Pilot service

Ron Replies is a public pre-release pilot for Australian automotive service shops. Eligible shop owners can create their own workspace while pilot capacity is available. Features may change, pause or be withdrawn while the product is tested. The shop should keep access to its normal mailbox and should not rely on Ron as its only customer record.

Owner control

Ron can draft and send low-risk qualifying replies. Prices, firm bookings, warranties and commitments are designed to require owner approval. The owner must review held replies before sending and remains responsible for the shop's offers, advice and customer commitments.

Acceptable use

Create and use a workspace only for a shop you own or are authorised to operate. Do not create excessive or deceptive accounts, share workspace credentials, connect a mailbox without authority, attempt to access another shop's information, abuse the AI or messaging providers, or use Ron for unlawful, deceptive or harmful communications.

AI limitations

AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Ron is not legal, safety or financial advice and must not be used for emergencies. Report a questionable reply or delivery issue to the pilot contact promptly.

Privacy and ending the pilot

The privacy notice explains the information Ron handles, including session recording used to improve and troubleshoot the pilot. Either side may end pilot access. The shop can disconnect its inbox and request export or deletion from its Ron Replies pilot contact.
